RDKS GOSPEL CHOIR

 Gospel Choir of Riga Cathedral Choir School was founded 2018 by the head of musical theatre department Una Stade. They perform Latvian and foreign popular music as well as gospel music. The choir has collaborated with Jānis Šipkēvics, Marta Grigale, Roberts Memmēns, Triānas Parks and others. Gospel Choir is a laureate of the “Riga Sings 2022” competition, and also received 1st place and Grand Prix at the “Lauluragin” competition in Estonia in 2019 and 2023.
The song Worth, composed by young composer Patriks Tabaks, was finallisted for the 29th USA Songwriting Competition in the gospel music genre at the end of November 2024.
